Bed bugs and air con didn’t work good . Owner appear friendly but it’s part of scam . Owner refuse to return deposit upon checkout . Credit card numbers stolen when use hotel WiFi . Horrible experience .

I stayed here with my friend. We thought it would be quiet because opposite were 2 laundries and 2 hairdressing salons, it was outside the bar area. But most nights local Thais set up camp on the verandahs of the shops and had a party, getting really really drunk, shouting and screaming and playing very loud music until 4.a.m the next morning. The manager of this hotel was friends with all of them, so he did not care about his customers. He was seldom there, this guesthouse was left unattended for most of the time so if you had any kind of problem you were on your own. When he was there he was sleeping in front of the TV with his feet up, he was too lazy to even show potential new customers the rooms. They must lose so much money because of him! His teenaged son was also very rude to us..There is a small table in the entrance hall with a microwave and kettle for guests to use, but he came in with his friend after playing football and dumped his dirty football kit right beside the microwave while we were making our food, and making drinks for him and his friend. He should have waited until we had finished. Very, very rude to do that to paying customers. I hope the owner reads this review because this manager is making her lose a lot of money!

This was a pleasant surprise. The hotel manager was friendly and helpful.From what i could tell he is only around during check-in and check-out times but that was actually preferable for me if i wanted to bring a guest back to my room. The rooms are fine for the price,new sheets,towels and toiletries every day,except, i believe on Sunday which the cleaners day off. The Hotel is a short walk from Soi Buakhao

When I booked this room I thought it would be pretty run down purely based on the price I paid. Roughly 800thb. Upon check-in we were both pleasantly surprised. Rooms were decent size, comfortable and clean. Good location and friendly service. There is a small deposit required which is refundable on satisfactory inspection of the room on checking out. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic value.

Very noisy room, traffic constantly passing. Out of 8 ceilng lights only 4 worked. Cleaning staff miserable, reception okay. Toiletries are enough for only one day, don't expect replacements. Room clean, good location, for the price passable.
